Dear sir, it's with highest honour am writing this notification to you by seeking your advice and taking a appropirate measure on it,i received a letter from national awards commission in kansas city mo.64116-9009 usa,stating that am guaranteed opportunity for a chance to win and received a payment of $1 000 000 if i take appropirate reply measure outline in the letter within 7days that eligible awards as state for $1 000 000 can only be collected by the prize winnerthrough strict adherence to a pre-selected winning number and review and identification process at national award commission. In stipulation i must remit a purchase fee some[$15.00,$29.99,$19.99...] to received a beautiful star crytal pendant as a special offer,although i have send the money to them in reply to what they say but since then in year 2004/2005 but i haven't hear then back before i came to know of this site [ripoffrepot.com]. I received many letter from them that i have reply back with the fees they require with different headline/name like pastal gram delivery,SCS,financial commission and many more but the reply are of the same address in kansas city.
