I'M A SINGLE FATHER OF A 7 YEAR OLD SON, ON LOW INCOME. I JUST STARTED A JOB WHERE IM MAKING BETTER MONEY THEN I HAVE IN YEARS (14000 AYEAR) AND ALL OF A SUDDEN A JUDGEMENT AGAINST FROM 10 YEARS AGO FROM A COMPANY THAT WENT BANKRUPT YEARS AGO (UGLY DUCKLING CAR COMPANY) WHICH IS NOW DRIVETIME AND KEPT SELLING MY ACCOUNT TO DIFFERENT COLLECTIONS (FAN DISTUBRING), IS ABOUT TO START GARNISHING MY WAGES OF LIKE 206 A WEEK. I ONLY MAKE LESS THEN 300.00 A WEEK. THEY NEVER GAVE ME A COPY OF THE GARNISHMENT, THEY CANT PROVIDE THE INFORMATION FROM THE CAR LOT I PURCHASED A CAR FROM 10 YEARS AGO, WHICH THEY HAVE THEY CAR THEY DIDNT WANT TO FIX IT AT THE TIME. A LOAN THAT IS 5000 DOLLARS AND NOW THEY SAY I OWE 26000.00 DOLLARS. IM THINKING ABOUT FILING BANKRUPTCY, CANT REALLY AFFORD AN ATTORNEY OR KNOW ANYTHING ON HOW TO GO FORWARD. I DONT GET WELFARE I DO RECIEVE LIMITED AMOUNT OF FOOD STAMPS WHICH IS ABOUT TO GO DOWN OR STOP CAUSE OF THE AMOUNT I MAKE NOW. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I FEEL LIKE IM BEING HARRASSED, AND TAKEN ADVANTAGED OF. MAYBE YOU CAN HELP OF OFFER ME LEADS IN MY STATE OR JURISDICTION TO TAKE CARE OF THIS OR WITH SOME HELP FOR THIS.
