i placed orders on october 20, 2006 and til this day have not received the merchandise. i have emailed the customer service department numerous times asking for shipment information and a complete refund and have not received any kind of response from this company. i have been ripped off by this company and apparently so have other customers. Jennifer Lutke (owner of doxylingerie.com)took about $300.00 of my money and my bank will not refund my money due to no responses to their emails also.
