Something has to be done to stop Select Portfolio, formally Fairbanks, as I refer to them as UNfairbanks, from ripping us off as they are. In my case ever since I started with them. Misapplied payments, "missing payments, charges for Demand Letters that have even been sent two days in a row when they should not have been sent in the first place, "Unapplied Balance" (whatever that is). Fortunately, I have copies of every payment I ever made and none are missing. Imagine that. I have had enough and plan on taking this much further. Rose-mary Orange City, Florida U.S.A.
