My mother thought she was doing something good for me since I was low income and I need medical help. Well as it turns out she got ripped off for 289.00$ prior to the reciept of the grant package. We never recieved the grant package and the money was taked from my savings account. How can we stop this kind of malice abuse of innocent people who are just trying to get ahead.
