I am looking for others out there who have been misguided, etc by DISHNetwork regarding their DISHMover service. I moved from California to the Phoenix area. I never canceled my DISH service due to the "fact" that I was able to have a new antenna installed at our new house for free when we moved. I saw the commercials on the DISH programming, heard their advertisement on the "on hold ads" when calling thier corporate office, and saw their on-line ad on their website stating that you could have the new antenna installed for free. I even did much research on thier website and talked with 3 different supervisors, one of which was with their "Executive Team", about how to get the antenna installed for free as their website stated. There was absolutely no further information available on thier website about how to get the antenna installed for free. None of the supervisors knew of any possibility to get the free installation. DISHNetwork has knowingly violated the FTC regulations regarding truth in advertising...all to pad their bottom line. How many others out there have had the same experience with them regarding the DISHMover service as I have?
